Telescobic Props System
Due to its ease of assembly and disassembly, it accelerates the pace
on the construction site. Storage and stacking are effortless. It can be
used for heights up to 6 meters. It is easily applicable to all types of
flooring. The high carrying capacities of the system components enable
quick and easy installation with a small number of parts.
The columns
can be easily adjusted according to the variable floor heights required
by the project.
It is highly useful in projects with variable height requirements. Its
composition with a small number of parts allows easy circulation in
various plans and projects. It is more durable and cost-effective
compared to the Conventional system, also known as the timber
formwork.
Pipes: Outer pipe Ø60x2.5mm, inner pipe 048x3mm, produced from
TSE certified standard pipes. No defective pipes are used, and all pipes
undergo pressure tests. The thickness of the pipes is uniform in all
sections.

Mechanism: Produced from Ø60x4mm pipe, preventing nut slippage.
The nut is made of CE-certified material, ensuring high quality through
spheroidal castings.
Base plate: Made from a 150x150x5mm plate, designed with a special
form to prevent bending at the edges under load.
Welding: Automated
gas welding machines are used for production, preventing errors that
may occur due to manual labor in the most challenging welding type,
circular welding.
Drilling: Drilling is done without deformation through a special drill. The
hole drilling process, conducted at 10cm intervals with a special drilling
machine, does not create weak areas in the pipe like a press would.
All adjustable columns have undergone mechanical tests in KOSGEB
laboratories and are certified with a safe carrying capacity of 25kN (2.5
tons).

H Type Load-bearing Scaffolding System
H-Type Load Bearing Scaffolding System H type heavy load scaffolding system is a high capacity load bear- ing system with H-Frame main load bearer. Main load bearer H-frames are made from dia 60x3mm steel tubes and diagonal components are made from dia 34x2mm tubes. H frames can be produced from dia 60x3.65 mm tubes upon request. By the use of the diagonal components that produced for providing the stability of H-frames, Load bearing scaffolding system can be assem- bled at desired width value. Every single vertical prop of the H frames has load bearing capacity upto 5.5 tons. H type heavy load bearing system allows 2 different applications by the use of few, standart and easy to assemble components. -Table Formwork Application -Under Mold Shoring Scaffolding
Cup-lock Type Scaffolding System
Cup-Lock scaffolding system can be used both as high load bearing capacity, under mold shoring scaffold and as facade work-on scaffold. It is a highly resistant and safeload bearing system used at applica- tions like heavy slabs and high structures. It is very simple to erect and dismantle. Erection and dismantle are made by usage of a hammer in a serial manner. Since all parts stays attached to system, there is no risk of being lost. It provides a speedy and safe connection possibility. Con- nections of horizontal and vertical components can be enabled easily without need of any wedge or nut. By the help of the upper and lower adjustable jacks, height adjustment can be done easily. System consist of props with upper and lower cups and horizontal components with forged head ends which prevents twisiting of props.

Cups are made from 5mm thick sheet-iron and welded to props. These cups have nodular casted mobile caps over them which provides inter- locking of horizontal components. Since a rigid system is assembled by horizontal and vertical component's connections, twisting resistance, high load bearing capacity and safe scaffold erection provided. For ex- ample, Prop with 50cm cup gaps that connected from 4 sides by hori- zontal components has 60KN axial load bearing capacity. Props with 100cm cup gaps has 50 KN axial load bearing capacity approximately.

Flaged Type Scaffolding System
Flanged scaffolding system can be used both as facade work-on scaf- fold and as high load bearing capacity under-mold shoring scaffold by having rigid joining points without need of too many joining com- ponents. Flanged load bearing scaffolding has load bearing capacity up to 60KN depending on horizontal connection gap. Props that constitute the system are made from dia 048x3.00mm TSE certified tubes with flange gaps 50cm and 100cm. Since a rigid system is assembled by horizon- tal and vertical component's connections, twisting resistant and high load bearing capacity scaffolding is achieved.
Socket Type Scaffolding System
PORTISOCKET Scaffolding System is a practical load bearing system. It does not require accessories like pins,wedges and etc. Erection is made by two types of components. Tower is raised 1 meter by plac- ing two 50cm high H-Frames correlatively on 2 sides and placing two more correlative 50cm high H-Frames on other 2 sides. Structure of the system provides high durability and stability. Interlocking feature of the sockets enables easy erection. No need of complicated component calculations and time wasting preparations. System provides reduced labor and work time. High towers can be assembled horizontally and raised by crane. Rigidity of the system is provided by diagonal com- ponents for crane lifting. System components are being produced in accordance to DIN norms by GEV welding certified, qualified staff with automatic welding robots. Each tower has 45 KN load bearing capacity approximately. Dia48x- 3mm industrial tubes are being used as standart in H-Type tower scaf- foldings. 40x60x3mm shaped tube or dia48x3mm industrial tube is be- ing used as intermediary part.

Standart dimensions are 1000x500mm and 1200x500mm. Towers assembled in dimensions 1.0x1.0m or 1.2x1.2m according to slab thickness. H-Type tower scaffoldings are being used with starting and finishing parts. Dia38x500mm upper and lower adjustable jacks are being used for fine adjustments.

Drop Head Scaffolding System
Drop head load bearing scaffolding system enables early dismantle of molds which provides speedy and high quality manufacturing with less labor, effort and fewer molds. The system is completed with easy- to-erect supporting scaffold and drop heads which allows early dis- mantle of molds, drop beams and slab forms placed on.

Slab Panels
PORTISLAB Slab Panel System Curved sheet-iron panels made from 2.00mm and 2.50mm thick sheet-iron by bending method. Beyond standart productions, custom productions also possible in desired dimensions. Supporting of slab panels is made by having Main Girder Headings placed over beam sides.
